WHO ARE WE:
We are non-political, non-governmental and non-profit organisation that advocates youth leadership skills; tourism as an avenue of education, promoting ethnical standards and striving to create positive change in the society by providing our members the opportunity to be united.
OUR PURPOSE:
To create international relationship among African students for unity through a framework of friendship and services, to enhance the knowledge and skills that will assist them in their personal development.
OUR VISION:
By 2020, members will be recognised as dynamic, principled and innovative leaders in West Africa, and the world at large.

2.To encourage the educational upliftment of all students.

4.To encourage multi-linguistics among all African students.
5.To develop knowledge and to understand the needs, problems and opportunity that are abound among Africa students.
6.To take advantage of information, communication and technology for intellectual development.

BENEFIT OF BEING A MEMBER
FRIENDSHIP:
In an increasingly complex world, ESF provides one of the most basic human needs; the need for friendship and fellowship. It is the reason why it was created.
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT:
ESF is an organisation of leaders and successful people serving in various positions in schools, colleges and universities. Leadership training: learning how to motivate, influence and build leaders.
FUN:
ESF is fun; all our social activities are fun. The services are fun as well.
PUBLIC SPEAKING SKILLS:
ESF builds in every member the ability to face the crowd. We develop and Impact confidence and skills in public communication, and we provide the opportunity to practice and perfect these skills.
ENTERTAINMENT:
In our entire programme our members are ultimately entertained. Our activities provide relaxation.
THE DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIAL SKILLS:
In our entire events and functions, members discover and develop their personality and social skills.
VOCATIONAL SKILLS:
Every member is expected to take part in the growth and development of his or her own profession or vocation, to serve on committees and to teach others about the skills.
CULTURAL AWARENESS:
Around the world, practically every religion, country, culture, race, creed, political persuasion, language, colour, and ethnic identity is found in ESF. ESF learns about others cultures, fosters love and tolerance among people.
INTEGRITY:
We encourage each member to focus on the issue of integrity and make sure he or she is not corrupt. We demonstrate transparency and truthfulness in all our dealings.
